Peter gave us great recommendations and the service overall was genuinely impressive. I honestly didn’t expect much at first, but it completely exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, it’s the best pizza in Cairns. Congratulations to Chef Stefano — he’s created a new monthly tradition for us to get together and enjoy pizza at Hopscotch. The service was unmatched. Pether is an incredible host; you truly feel welcomed and part of a family. The lighting creates such a cozy atmosphere, perfectly complemented by the friendly staff. We will definitely be back."

May 19, 2026"Cute venue with a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and the entrée arrived after the main meal. That said, the mussels were absolutely delicious and the wood-fired pulled pork pizza was really good. One downside was that MA15+ video clips were playing while we had children with us, which felt a bit odd for a family setting."

So far, we’ve tried several pastas and every single one has been amazing and very filling — you must try the carbonara.
